Snow removal service includes up to 6 clean-ups per month. If fewer than 6 services are used in a given month, unused clean-ups will carry over to the following month. Carryover services may only be used after the current month’s 6 included clean-ups have been used and do not accumulate beyond one month. Additional snow removal visits beyond the included amount will be charged at $30 per visit.
Snow removal services are provided when snowfall accumulation reaches 1 cm or more. Snowfall below this threshold will be addressed during the next scheduled service or when accumulation exceeds 1 cm.
